TREATMENT TIME
Once confirmed, your order will take 1 to 2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
We ship from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Example: if you order on Monday, your order should be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If you have not received your tracking number, visit our website or contact customer service.
MY PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED WITHIN THE STATED TIMEFRAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe:
- Contact customer service at contact@kyia-beaute.com within 21 days.
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Note: If you contact us after 21 days, we may not be able to track your package.
INCORRECT ADDRESS OR ORDER CANCELLATION
Mistakes happen!

ITEM DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY

- If your product is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement within 60 days.
- Replacement items are not eligible for further exchanges or claims.
