All KYIA products come with a 60-day warranty against defects.

- If your product has a defect within 60 days, we will replace it or issue a refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Did you receive a damaged product? Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

- Send us an email at contact@kyia-beaute.com with a photo.
- We will investigate and send you a replacement if necessary.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, some products, such as skincare and serums, cannot be returned once shipped.

EXCHANGES
We replace defective or damaged items. To exchange your product:

- Send us an email at contact@kyia-beaute.com and we will guide you through the entire process.

GIFTS
If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase:

- You will receive a gift credit of equivalent value upon return.
- We will send you a gift certificate once the return has been processed.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, any refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase a subscription, the first month is non-refundable, as it is already offered at a discounted price. From the second month onward, you can request a refund, provided you do so before your order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
